Santa Catalina, is founded in 1922 in Santiago, is one of the oldest wine producers in Chile. The founder of the Vineyard, Don Lorenzo Reus, brought the expertise of how to make wine from the old Central region of Mallorca, Spain, to the fertile Chilean Central Valley. The installations of Santa Catalina are located in the heart of Santiago and Curico, Central Valley. Between both locations have a combined capacity of 9 million liters. Through the years, the company has been able to develop it’s most prominent varieties of wine, such as Merlot, Carmenère, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc.
Our Company has been supplying the domestic market continuously throughout our history, making wines with the traditional system. Today Santa Catalina wines can be found in major supermarkets (Tottus, Unimarc, Jumbo-Santa Isabel, Wallmart) specialist liquor stores, Restaurants and Bars in Chile. Furthermore, in recent years our finest wines were presented in foreign, such as South and Central America, New Zealand, Samoa, Cook Islands and China markets. By maintaining thorough vineyard management, with careful selection of the grapes we have brought our product to high standards, ensuring the quality of the wines Santa Catalina, wherever you find them.
